Remote Pricing:
- For members with one of the following services remote repair runs $160.00 per hour billed in 15 minute increments.
- Web Server, QB Server, Cloud Backup Services, SEO Service, Website Maintenance, Preventative Maintenance.
- Otherwise $180 per hour billed in 15 minute increments, rounded down to the nearest 15 minutes.
- For members with one of the following services remote repair runs $160.00 per hour billed in 15 minute increments.
Billing policies:
- Time is rounded down to the nearest 15 minutes. This keeps the math easy & rounds the billing in your favor so you always get a little extra.
- Payment is due upon completion -or- Net 10 if you have an account with us.
- ACH / Online Check / Check over the phone is the preferred payment method and there’s no processing fee.
- Credit Cards & Debit Cards and PayPal are accepted – there is a 3% processing fee for services over $200.
